Cardboard Stool

I actually inherited this stool from Chinuare as she departed. It is another wonderful example of recycling! It is not sturdy, or comfy, enough to sit on but it can be a great foot rest or stand for your current book and magazine.

First, Chinuare stacked aluminum cans and secured them with chicken wire and alabre dulce. Then she cut and secured cardboard to the outside. Taadaa! Easy peasy and lemon squeezy. I keep this stool upstairs next to my hammock, but it could serve as a great example of recycling to neighbors that pass by. Try it out! How do you make chairs and stools from recycled materials?
